mmc and microsd password unlocker on pc 2012

first download this

MMC_Programmer.rar - 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download

then install
use card reader
put memory card with password
connect to computer
then tick unlock
then go to my computer
look for mmc or micro device
format when needed thats all
